Customizing List Views
The application list can be tailored to how the team works: through columns that can be shown or hidden, custom columns, filter presets and folders.
Showing and hiding columns
Each person can show or hide the columns of the list; the selection is remembered. When a form is selected, that form’s internal fields are also available as columns, and with the Finances module so are Budgets and Payments total.
Custom columns
By default the application list shows core information such as application ID, title, applicant, application status, and submission date. When a specific form is selected, additional columns can be created that surface values from that form’s fields, for example “Requested amount” or “Funding stream”.
Custom columns are only available when a specific form is selected. In all-forms mode only the standard columns are shown.
Owners and Members create custom columns directly in the application list: click New Column in the list menu, enter a Title and choose a Field of the selected form. Each column can map one field per form. Existing columns can also be edited and deleted there.
Filter presets
A filter preset is a saved combination of filters for a form’s application list. Filter presets are stored per form and are only available when that form is selected. Examples:
- “Open applications under review”
- “All rejected applications 2025”
- “Applications tagged Priority in application status Shortlisted”
Creating a filter preset
- Apply the desired filters in the application list (application status, tags, date, search term, etc.).
- In the Filter Presets menu, click Save Filter Preset and enter a name and, optionally, a description.
- The preset then appears in the Filter Presets menu and can be applied with one click. Reset Filters removes all active filters.
Folders
Folders group applications across forms, for example by year, program or jury. Owners manage folders under Settings → Folders:
- Create Folder with a Label and Description; Subfolder of builds a hierarchy.
- Assign applications automatically: new applications from the selected forms land in this folder automatically.
- Delete Folder removes the folder together with its subfolders (Fundament first warns how many subfolders are affected). The assigned applications remain but are no longer assigned to any folder.
Only Owners can move applications into a folder: select the applications in the list and click Add to Folder under Actions (No folder removes the assignment). The Folder column and the folder filter in the list toolbar (including subfolders) narrow down the view.
