Overview for Voters

A voter is invited to evaluate applications as part of one or more polls. This guide explains how voters sign in and cast a vote.

What a voter can do:

  • View applications assigned to the voter’s poll(s)
  • Cast and change a vote on each application

What is outside the voter role:

  • Viewing other voters’ votes
  • Editing applications or changing their application status
  • Managing comments, checklists, or emails

How voters are invited

A person with the Owner role in the organization adds the voter to the team (role User), puts them in a group, and assigns that group to a poll. The voter then receives the email Invitation to sign up with a personal sign-in link.

Fundament does not use passwords. Instead, each sign-in sends an email with a sign-in link and a 6-digit code.

  1. Click the link in the email (in the same browser in which the sign-in was started) or enter the code on the sign-in page.
  2. The application list opens directly.

The link and the code expire after a short time. If they have expired, visit the login page, enter the email address, and request a new link. Only the most recent login email is valid.
