Modules
Fundament includes everything an organization needs for forms, applications and their review. On top of that there are modules: paid extensions for tasks not every organization has. Pages and features that belong to a module carry the Module label in this documentation and in the workspace.
Available modules
| Module | What it does | Who uses it |
|---|---|---|
| Finances | Plan budgets per form, record approved amounts and payments per application, and follow everything in a finance overview | The organization’s team |
| AI in the portal | Forms filled in by AI from uploaded documents, and an AI check for gaps and contradictions before submission; processing in Switzerland | Applicants in the portal |
| Co-authors | Invite other people and work on the same application together in real time, with field locking and live updates | Applicants in the portal, the team in the workspace |
Status in the workspace
In the workspace, owners find an overview of all modules under Settings → Modules. Active modules are marked Active; the others show a short description, a link to this documentation and a way to express interest.
Where a module would have its place in the workspace (for example the Finances menu entry), owners see a notice with the «Module» label and a link to the matching page here.
Booking a module
- Register interest by email to contact@fundament-app.ch, directly or via Express interest under Settings → Modules.
- The Fundament team clarifies scope, terms and, where needed, the setup (for AI in the portal, for example, the AI instructions per form).
- Fundament activates the module for the organization. It is available to everyone with the right role immediately; the status is visible under Settings → Modules.
Modules are switched on and off by Fundament only. If a module is switched off again, the data recorded with it is kept; it is only hidden and becomes available again if the module is reactivated.
