Collaboration
Fundament is built for teams. Multiple people can work on applications simultaneously, leave comments, vote, and manage the review process together.
Team members
Everyone in the organization who reviews applications is a team member. Each person has a role that controls what they can see and do.
Adding team members
Owners invite new team members under Organisation → People with Add Person (email address and role). The invited person receives the system email Invitation to sign up with a link to join and is assigned to the organization automatically. The same page is used later to change a person’s role (Change Role) or to remove a person.

| Owner | Full access within the organization, including settings, forms, portal, polls, and team |
| Member | Edit applications, comment, change application statuses, send emails, export, vote |
| User | Voters: see only the applications of their assigned polls and vote on them |

Comments
Every application has a comment function in the History section of its side panel. Owners and Members can leave notes that are visible to the team but never to the applicant. See Comments.
Co-authors in the portal
Collaboration on the applicant side (several people filling in one application together) is the Co-authors module.
