Info textExplanatory text between fields: instructions, context, notes.

Required fields and help text

Any field can be marked as required. Applicants cannot submit the form until all required fields are filled in.

Every field can also have a description: a short sentence below the field label that gives applicants more context or instructions, as well as an info text that appears as a tooltip next to the field.

AI instructions per field

With the AI in the portal module, each field can carry instructions on what the AI should take from the documents when pre-filling, in which form, and which check rules the AI check applies. Individual fields can be excluded from the AI. These instructions are set up by the Fundament team together with the organization.
