Applicants
The Applicants area is the organization’s address book of the people who have submitted applications to it, with a detail page for each person and their history.
The Applicants area is available to Owners only. Members and Users do not see it.
It is found in the left navigation under Applicants, with two sub-pages:
- People: the list of all applicants
- Groups: groups those applicants belong to
People
The People list shows every applicant with their confirmation status, name, email and the groups they belong to. Two further columns, Member since and Last activity, are hidden by default and can be shown when needed.
- Click a name to open that person’s detail page.
- Filter by group, by confirmation status, or by date to narrow the list.
Actions on selected people
Select one or more people and open the Actions dropdown to:
- Group assignment: add the selected people to a group (or remove them from one).
- Send Email: send an email to all selected people at once, using a template.
Person detail page
Opening a person shows everything known about them in one place:
- Contact information: email, phone, address, postcode / city, language.
- Metadata: when they were added, invited and confirmed, their last sign-in, and their groups.
- Applications: every application this person submitted, each linking to the full application.
- Email history: the emails sent to this person, with subject and the related application.
- A Possible duplicates hint appears when another contact shares the same name, so duplicates can be spotted and reconciled.
From here the person can also be assigned to groups or sent an email directly. In the application detail view, Open contact in the applicant card leads straight here.
Groups
The Groups page lists the groups the applicants belong to. Groups are the same user groups used elsewhere in Fundament, for example to scope a poll to a specific set of people. A group’s category (applicant, internal or mixed) is derived automatically from who is in it.
Applicants vs. team members
The Applicants address book only lists applicants: people who submitted an application but are not internal members of the organization. The team members (Owners, Members, Users) are managed separately under Organisation → People.
