Exporting Data
Fundament exports application data for reporting, archiving, or sharing with stakeholders.

Exporting the applications list
In the applications list, select the applications to export and click Export:
- Export as Table: choose the fields to include (form fields, internal fields, content, area, files) and download them as Excel or CSV. The field selection can be saved as an export preset and reused. Yes/no fields appear as
yes/no. - Export as PDF: creates a PDF of the selected applications with all answers, including embedded images and the first page of attached PDF documents.
Owners and Members can export.
Export is only available when a specific form is selected. In the All Forms mode, select a form to be able to export.
Exporting a single application as PDF
Select the application in the applications list and choose Export as PDF. Applicants can save their submitted application as a PDF themselves in the portal with Download PDF; optionally, they receive a PDF summary with the confirmation email, see System Email Templates.
Exporting votes
The votes of the selected applications can be exported separately via Export Votes in the Export menu: as CSV in the Detailed or Matrix layout, or as PDF. The same is possible from the detail page of a poll. Owner only.
Exporting financial data
With the Finances module, the budget overview and the payments can be exported as CSV.
