Batch Operations
Instead of opening applications one by one, multiple applications can be selected from the list and acted on at the same time.
Selecting applications
In the applications list, check the checkbox at the left of each row. As soon as at least one application is selected, the list toolbar offers the Actions menu as well as Archive and Export. Most batch operations require a selected form (not the All Forms mode).
Available batch operations
Send Email
Sends the same email to all selected applicants. Choose one of the organization’s templates under Email Template; the subject and body can still be adjusted before sending, and the variables are filled in per application. The emails are sent one after another and stored in the history of each application. Owner and Member.
Change status
Sets the same custom application status on all selected applications at once; each application gets a new revision. Owner and Member.
Add Tags
Adds tags to or removes tags from all selected applications. Owner and Member.
Assign Poll
Assigns the selected applications to a poll. Owner only.
Add to Folder
Moves the selected applications into a folder or clears the assignment (No folder). Owner only.
Archive
Archives the selected applications (or reverses the archiving with Unarchive). Archived applications disappear from the default view but are kept; they can be shown via the Archived column. Owner and Member.
Export
Exports the selected applications as a table or as a PDF, and their votes with Export Votes; see Exporting Data.
