Tags

Tags are free-form labels that can be attached to applications to classify them: by topic, priority, funding category, internal workflow state, etc. Each tag has a name and an optional color.

Managing tags

Tags are defined at the organization level and are available across every form. Owners create, edit, and delete tags under Settings → Tags.

Applying tags to applications

Tags can be applied in several ways:

• Manually from the application detail view
• In bulk via batch operations
• Automatically via the Set Tags action in an automation
• Suggested by AI tags

Filtering by tag

The application list can be filtered by one or several tags. Frequently used tag filters can be saved as a filter preset.
